L'emplacement est idéal avec un parking tout à côté, c'est vraiment au coeur du vieux Quebec. Chambre de bonne dimension, propre et bien agencé. Le lit n'était pas très confortable à mon goût mais quand même pas mal. Le service était très efficace et réactif, on communique très facilement avec notre hôte.

Best location ????
Poor poor poor service. They didn't share with us the right PIN code even after 4 PM.

Cleanliness is good. Everything is self service. But if you need help/support then you will be in trouble ????‍????????.

Wonderful location-in old Quebec but away from the crowds. This was our second time staying here. Easy contactless check-in. We had a room with a small balcony which added to the enjoyment of our stay. Overall a great vacation in Quebec City and the Hotel Chateau de Pierre.
