In this brick-walled cellar, the blues/folk shows thrill customers comfortably seated in front of the fireplace. The charming selection of wines imported privately, the microbrewery beers, the good cheese and sausage tastings served are in keeping with the rich tradition of this historic house built in 1790. Even if this establishment seems as old as the Pope, this name was given to it by the owner who opened this bistro in 1984, a man named Georges, a great lover of Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine.
