This microbrewery is one of Quebec's capital nuggets! Established for almost a decade in the Saint-Sauveur district, it moved into its new premises in the Montcalm district in the spring of 2024 (incredible terrace to boot), in addition to setting up production in Saint-Jacques-de-Leeds in the Chaudière-Appalaches region (tasting room on site). Here, you can savour its in-house nectars, as well as those from other Quebec microbreweries, all enhanced by a gourmet menu featuring nothing but delights to sink your teeth into.
