As soon as you step into this independent café, you know you're dealing with a team that knows its stuff. The intoxicating smell of coffee awakens our senses, as does the sight of the superb Slayer Steam EP machine used to concoct our nectars. The two founders, Louis and Florence, have not only created a high-flying address dedicated to the best coffee cultures, but they have also added a string to their bow by establishing their own brand of micro-roasting, Silex. Bonus: tasting sessions and personalized courses for the general public.
