This artisanal bakery in the Saint-Roch district (with three other locations in Quebec City) offers some of the best bread in town. The selection is rich and varied, to the delight of our taste buds. From sourdough baguettes to spelt and quinoa breads, flavoured breads, pastries and cakes, everything is delicious. Possibility of eating on the spot (soups, salads, quiches, sandwiches + pizzas and calzones at the Grand Marché, Limoilou and Sainte-Foy branches).
