Created by the Cusson brothers in the 1980s, William J. Walter Saucissier's unique and innovative concept is now found throughout Quebec. The great Nouvo Saint-Roch boutique is already announcing the colour of the place, with its inscription "pig nation" in the window. In addition to classic or creative sausages, there are also dry sausages, giant hot dogs, homemade stuffed olives, hot sauces, various mustards and spices, not to mention a fine selection of beers from Quebec microbreweries
