A real institution in the region! Since 1954, Chez Bolduc has been offering, from father to son, one of the best poutines in the area, as well as a typical snack menu: smoked-meat (homemade), chips, pizzas, sandwiches, etc. The old-fashioned fried chicken recipe, a family secret, and homemade BBQ chicken are also worth a visit.
