Visited in january 2024

This stay was very mediocre. Noticed a very stained bed sheet which was gross. After reporting no help was provided because room service is only for those who are staying more than 3 nights? (Which is ridiculous). None of the doors in the room had any locks or hinges for privacy in a 2 bedroom suite including the toilet.
The breakfast was not good. All the food was super cheap in quality with very little options (not friendly to potential allergies or dietary restrictions). Not to mention all the utensils are paper and plastic.
This place used to be so much better which is why my family decided to stay here without question but after my last stay I will not be recommending or booking in the future.
