Sagamité has risen from the ashes, still at the same address but in a revamped venue that resolutely honours the First Nations. The interior design, the artifacts, the immense totem poles... it's all worth the detour! On the menu, you'll find a host of specialties, including Sagamité soup, friand de gibier, Yatista supper (a choice of 4-course gibbet) and deer and elk medallions. Sagamité also owns two hotels in Old Quebec: Hôtel Louisbourg and Maison du Général.
