MICROBRASSERIE LE COUREUR DES BOIS

Opened since December 2011, Le Coureur des Bois is the first microbrewery of the Haut-Saint-Jean. The sites are in the image of the region, a very important element for the team. Set in a wooden camp, with its floors, walls and wooden ceilings, the microbrewery offers a very warm atmosphere. The question of adding a touch of the most rustic, a variety of decorative elements have been set up as fox and coyote skins, a head of naturalized caribou, an old trap, etc. To accompany the houblonnés delicacies brewed on site, a menu concocted based on Quebec products is proposed. Various events are also organized as exhibitions of works by local artists, live shows and improvisation games.
