A hip and popular restaurant specializing in bistro-style cuisine. Chef David Janelle, a native of the region, likes to juggle flavors and quality products: duet of Quebec foie gras with maple cookie, KM12 gin jelly with maple and Nordic fruits, duck breast lacquered in Quebec, sea buckthorn crème brûlée and brown sugar, and more. An excellent wine list completes the picture. An address not to be missed, where the emphasis is on regional products (the restaurant is a member of the Ambassadeur Zone Boréale network).
