Saskatchewan Legislative Assembly Building.
Located on the shores of Lake Wascana and built between 1908 and 1912 in the Beaux-Arts style, this superb building houses the Saskatchewan Legislative Assembly. Classified as a national historic site, it incorporates some thirty different types of marble in its decor. To see on site: the Legislative Chamber and the bookstore with its 40,000 volumes. Please note that guided tours focus on the history, architecture and political role of the building.
