From the orchards to the distillation room, via the cellars, you’ll follow the making of this precious nectar. Not far from the sea, the site offers an ideal equation for these eaux-de-vie, benefiting from a subtle iodine imprint and, thanks to the Normandy climate, less evaporation and regular ageing.
