Those who knew the excellent Raymonds restaurant were surely disappointed to learn of its closure during the pandemic. Not to worry, chef Ross Larkin, winner of Top Chef Canada in 2018, and Celeste Mah, the country's top pastry chef in 2019, opened this gourmet spot in 2022. A small, intimate space, with the open-plan kitchen close to diners, they serve bistronomy dishes under three themes: vegetables, proteins and seafood. The place is definitely worth a visit for a good meal with friends or loved ones.
