Located in the heart of St. John's historic district, No. 4 serves as both a restaurant and a bar (the bar closes later than dinner service). On the plate, gourmet dishes inspired by pub-style cooking with a touch of bistronomy. But what interests us the most here is the cocktail menu that makes the reputation of the house with dozens of different options and all tasty. There is also a nice menu of bourbons and scotches, as well as some wines served by the glass or by the bottle.
