STANTON TERRITORIAL HEALTH AUTHORITY
Stanton Territorial Hospital is the largest hospital in the Northwest Territories. It plays a central role in the delivery of acute care in the region, and is an integral part of the Government of the Northwest Territories' integrated approach to health care. The hospital offers a full range of health services to patients in the Northwest Territories and the Kitikmeot region of Nunavut. It has several care units, including medicine, obstetrics, pediatrics, psychiatry and surgery. The hospital also offers ambulatory services such as specialized consultations, rehabilitation and diagnostic services. Stanton Territorial Hospital also has a long-term care unit, offering long-term residential services for adults.
