Probably the most friendly address to break the crust in Peterborough. Don't trust the beds in rusty metal, it's part of the look of the square. It serves a variety of faim, sandwiches, thin crust pizzas and good dishes inspired by the world's flavours. Slate displays a beautiful selection of local beers, but also from the rest of the country and sometimes, not forgetting Ontario wines and the succulent coffee.
