Restaurant for lovers of seafood and local products in Grandcamp-Maisy.
It was in 1967 that La Trinquette opened its doors, named after the sail in front of the old rigging. Lovers of the sea, good, fresh, iodine, you will be in heaven. From the trawl net to the table, the fish jumps directly onto your plate. The title of Master Restaurateur is declined around a mish-mash of fillets of fish grilled a la plancha, seafood and scallops, sauerkraut from the sea which have colour only their natural. There is still room for meat and poultry from local producers. Desserts are another great moment of greediness.
