Welcome to Les Flots Bleus, those who make people happy! This friendly bistro opened its doors facing the sea in 2019. Behind its pretty stone façade, the atmosphere is pleasant and the kitchen is without fuss, but copiously good. At the helm is François Trévillot, a native of the neighbouring commune of Géfosse-Fontenay. On the menu: squid à la romaine to share, terrine de campagne de la Trappe, cheeseburger (steak of Normandy breed), cod back à la normande, apple financier, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream... And an indisputable value for money.

Merci aux autres contributeurs pour cette pépite de restaurant qui nous a régalés en famille après notre visite de la pointe du Hoc. Faites le détour pour aller goûter la cuisine des Flots bleus. Moules sauvages, fish and chips ou poulet aux gambas façon madras en plat du jour tout était frais et servi rapidement et de façon très agréable.
Arrivez tôt car il n’y a qu’une trentaine de couverts. Desserts maison très bons également. Carte courte qui nous a justement donné toute confiance dans la fraîcheur des produits. Prix très accessibles au vu de l’inflation actuelle. Localisation devant la plage avec une vue parfaite également.

Si vous aimez la cuisine simple et bonne, sans fioritures, dans une ambiance adaptée aux famille et le tout avec vue sur la mer, c'est l'endroit où aller ! Excellente soirée avec au menu des moules sauvages d'Utah et en prime le chef qui fait le tour des tables en fin de service.
