A great place to treat yourself in Ottawa, featuring Canada in the plate as well as in the glass. We recommend it!
This is a great address for lovers of fine food who care about where the products they eat come from. Here, the "new Canadian cuisine" type dishes are made with local ingredients, some of them even organic. For a duo, we recommend the dish for two (dry-aged ribeye for 80 days). The wine list - very extensive - is in the same vein and offers, among others, a selection of natural wines. Mention should be made of the creative cocktails, especially the Sugarbush Sour. An address appreciated by the Ottavians of the Centretown area.
