Ranked 28th among the country's best restaurants (2024), Riviera has set up shop in a former bank. The well-preserved neoclassical-style dining room is a thing of beauty. In this superb setting, the kitchen team prepares what is known as "nouvelle cuisine canadienne". Like the name of the establishment, which is inspired by the Côte d'Azur, the dishes also make reference to the Mediterranean basin. The raw bar with its caviar, oysters and seafood tower is a dream, as are the tasty fresh homemade pastas.
