Not only does it offer a high-flying gastronomic experience without the attitude that usually goes with it, but it also relies on ethical and sustainable practices to showcase tasty Canadian gourmet products and avoid food waste. In the open-plan kitchen, you can watch chef Justin Champagne and his brigade at work. It's an experience for the taste buds as well as the eye (each dish is deliciously presented)!
