We owe the creation of this culinary school to chef Andrée Riffou, a duly qualified cooking enthusiast. Then, in 2016, she passed the torch to chef Georges Laurier and Stefanie Siska. Among the services on offer, you'll literally fall in love with the gastronomic tours (including the new "Flavours of Canada" guided tour). The various tours will introduce you to the local culinary scene through its neighborhoods, restaurants, chefs, merchants and artisans.
