ASSOSSIATION PARKS AND GARDENS OF ALSACE
Created in 2008, the Club des Parcs et Jardins de Caractère d'Alsace brings together all the gardens in the region that are open to the public during the summer season. With the support of the Alsace Region, it publishes every year the brochure L'Alsace de parcs en jardins in 3 languages (French, German, English) including a map and the different sites of the circuit, each with a photograph, a description, the pictograms of the services and the program of its events. There are large city parks (Strasbourg Orangery Park, Mulhouse Zoological Park...), rural parks (Domaine du Windeck, Schoppenwihr Park), castles (Kolbsheim, Haut-Koenigsbourg, Kintzheim...)), former industrial estates (Villa Burrus, Wesserling Park), rose gardens (Saverne, Rosheim, Trois-Épis), a medieval garden circuit as well as a set of intimate gardens: Alsatian particularity due to the grouped housing and restricted spaces (Les Clématites, Le jardin de la Ferme Bleue, Le Jardin d'Irma, Le Jardin de l'Escalier, Le Jardin de Marguerite....) and, of course, all those who have the label Jardin Remarquable.
