There were never any towels at the spa. The spa was not turned on nor uncovered when we went at 8:30am. The shower area at the spa smelled bad. The mattresses in room 232 were caved in and was very uncomfortable to sleep in due to the weight being pulled into the middle. We didn’t enjoy the fact that the sinks were outside of the bathroom, it made brushing teeth disrupting for those still sleeping. Service from the workers was great, very professional and nice. Would come back if the beds were better. A good night’s sleep is important especially for a spa hotel.

Restauration : dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de déjeuner sur place. Toutefois, la gratuité au Tutti Frutti est appréciée.
Chambre agréable et propre. Par contre, pas très isolée car nous pouvions facilement entendre les conversations des gens dans les corridors, et ce même la nuit. Pire si à proximité de la cage d'escaliers, grandement utilisée considérant mon commentaire sur l'ascenseur.
Les heures pour le gymnase permettent difficilement à des travailleurs qui débutent leur journée tôt de s'entrainer en matinée (nous n'avons pas pu en bénéficier).
