SOIF | Bar à vin is the brainchild of Véronique Rivest, the first woman to stand on the podium (2nd place) at the World's Best Sommelier Competition, in Tokyo in March 2013. Here, wine takes center stage, in all its colors and from the four corners of the globe. To accompany your glass, we offer a menu of appetizers, charcuterie or cheese boards, and simple but not simplistic dishes. To further your knowledge on the subject, Véronique offers workshops, all related to the wonderful world of oenology.
