Southern Ontario's oldest art museum with a collection of Canadian, international and contemporary art.
Founded in 1914, it is the oldest and largest art museum in Southern Ontario with a collection of over 10,000 works of Canadian, international and contemporary art. Canadian artists include Alex Colville, Tom Thomson, the Group of Seven, Emily Carr, James Tissot, Norval Morrisseau, Keith Haring, Edward Burtynsky and Tyler Tekatch. To make sure you don't miss any of the collections, guided tours are offered on Thursdays (6:30 pm), Saturdays and Sundays (1 pm).
