CANOE
A high-flying gastronomy, entirely based on the richness of the Canadian terroir. The tasting menu is worth its weight in gold.
The chef at Le Canoe uses only Canadian products such as lamb from Alberta, lobster from the Atlantic, chanterelles from Saskatchewan, and cheese and foie gras from Quebec. This menu is a true hymn to local flavours and products. And the superb view on Lake Ontario does not spoil anything! If the place is mostly frequented at lunchtime for business meetings, the atmosphere changes in the evening. For a "total" experience, we recommend the Canoe's tasting menu, with wine pairing (extra), of course.
