A favorite address in the Leslieville neighborhood, Avling is both a restaurant and a microbrewery. And here, local is the key, thanks in particular to the large gardens installed on the roof where vegetables and herbs are grown and used to create the dishes and beers. On the plate, a creative cuisine inspired by the four corners of the world and the seasons, with a resolutely Canadian touch. As for the house nectars, it's a real breath of fresh air as Avling brews extremely distinctive and unusual beers.
