A great classic from the Gerrard India Bazaar, renowned for its delicious Punjabi cuisine rich in flavour and nutrition.

This huge restaurant, which looks like a small Pakistani palace, is spread over two floors and a terrace. Through a kind of stone arch, you can see the cooks making naans and other specialties, such as the unavoidable biryani or kabab. Several dishes will also please vegetarians. Alnoor Sayani, the founder of the restaurant, wanted to create a place that would bring his community together. If the atmosphere of some evenings is anything to go by, it seems to have succeeded.
