The Pomegranate is still widely quoted by critics in the local press, and rightly so. It serves one of the best cuisines of the land of a thousand and one nights in the city, all in a decor that is very much in the image of Iran. There's even some Persian poetry on the walls! Namely that the owners also run the Sheherazade (kitchen dizi and grill) and the Tavoos (typical breakfasts of Iran). Noosh-e jaan! (Bon appetit!)
