Indeed, meat, fish and seafood are at the heart of the concept of this new restaurant founded by Matty Matheson, under the leadership of Chef Coulson Armstrong. For those who can afford it, Krystal caviar is available here, a favorite of the world's top chefs. Mention should be made of the superb design of the place, signed by the firm Omar Gandhi Architect. It's super soothing while having a Mid-Century look.
