Some examples of home delights: The Right Bank (scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and young spinach shoots), the Côte d'Azur (goat, tomato, basil and olive oil), Bedouin (labneh, zaatar, black olives, shallot and olive oil), Véronique (Brie, young spinach shoots, strawberries and maple syrup), or Martinique (sugar, cinnamon and bananas). Omelettes and salads are also prepared, and to drink, hot or cold drinks are in slate, including the Limonana, a creation of Véronique made with Mint sheets, lemon juice and organic cane juice. Bonus: you can be served in French!
