A French bistro in the heart of the Queen West district. Nice salad, bagnat pan, hot goat salad, onion soup, steak fries, beef coast (for two) and we pass. Most of Toronto's French restaurants opt for fine and refined cuisine. Here is the simplicity of the bistro kitchen. First opened in 1989 in Grenoble, the Jules simply won his dishes and know-how in Toronto.
