From amateur brewers to professionals in the world of beer, Stéphane and Shehzad are behind the fine project that is Bandit Brewery. Located in the heart of Roncesvalles, the microbrewery has been busy ever since it opened, and for good reason. The location is magnificent, especially in summer when you can enjoy your pint in the beer garden. In your glass, you'll find beers of all styles, including a sour beer with cherries and blackberries, an IPA with wildflower honey, and barley wine aged in bourbon barrels. The gourmet menu is also up to the task.
