Like every year, Toronto takes on the air of perpetual festivity in this colourful celebration in honour of St. Patrick, the patron saint of the Irish (4 million Canadians have Irish ancestry). The parade starts at the corner of Bloor and St. George Streets before moving south on Yonge to Queen Street. After the parade, head to one of the many pubs in town to enjoy a good Guinness!
