Based on Wards Island in Toronto, Toronto Island SUP offers several courses in this popular sport: Stand Up Paddleboard, or paddleboard for the more intimate. Yoga at sunrise, sunset walk (with lights on the paddle!), eco-tour in the lagoons... There are many options to discover the islands from another angle! It is also possible to follow a group or private course, and for those who already have a good command of the sport, it is possible to rent all the equipment on site.
