A Roman Catholic church, built by the architect Arthur William Holmes, very popular with the Italian community.
The original church was built at the beginning of the last century at the corner of Dundas and Grace Streets by architect Charles J. Read. As the parish grew, particularly with the influx of Irish immigrants, the present church was built here by architect Arthur William Holmes and opened in 1915. It is still a Roman Catholic church today and is highly attended by the Italian community. Worth seeing: its Casavant organ.
