Now located at Crimson Ridge Golf Club, Embers specializes in juicy and tasty grilled meats and smokes many products on site. We recommend a tasting plate of smoked duck wrapped in pancetta, dried trout and apple wood smoked chops as an appetizer. For lunch, the menu is much more affordable and offers succulent burgers and sandwiches with products from the smokehouse.
