Fort Malden was built in 1796 to protect the country during the War of 1812 and the Rebellion of 1837 between Canada and the United States. This historic site offers many activities, including demonstrations and shows that illustrate the life of Canadian soldiers at the time. Don't miss the rifle demonstration by a guide-interpreter in period costume (schedule depending on weather). Souvenir store on site.
