The menu is carefully prepared by chef Paul Huggins and his brigade, with an emphasis on local sourcing and seasonal produce. On weekends, the Sunday brunch offered as a buffet is a pure moment of joy for late risers (until 2pm). Wine list awarded by Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
