Restaurant with an evocative name, pleasant and peaceful, located on the waterfront, masterfully run by Stéphane Carbone. The renowned Caen native offers a menu for all budgets. The lunch menu changes every week according to the market and seasonal products: the lamb mousse braised in cider and its mashed potatoes with chives delighted us, as did the lime cheesecake with its exotic flavours. The welcome is perfect, the service impeccable and the chef’s greeting flattering. Think of booking if you dream of a sweet country meal.

Le presonnel est impécable, le lieu est sympatique.
Menu "le canal". Prix : 33€. Entrée: médaillon de saumon fumé... Plat: lieux noir (remplacé par cabillaud) snaké au poivre... Dessert: financier noisette....
En conclusion les produits sont trop basiques pour le prix du menu. 20€ aurait été un prix plus raisonable. Pour moi on paye la popularité de l'endroit sans vouloir être désobligeant j'assimilerais celà à du snobisme.
