This restaurant is a perfect example of the "farm to table" spirit. The team encourages local artisans and producers by showcasing their tasty products, whether in the glass or on the plate. This is called "new Canadian cuisine". We recommend that you order several dishes in order to share it all. This is the concept of the menu, and it is mentioned in the menu.
