For over 40 years, this festival has showcased Windsor's cultural diversity with musical performances, a large bazaar, "villages" from several countries, tastings, children's activities and more. It is the oldest festival in Windsor still in operation, but also the oldest festival dedicated to cultural diversity in Canada. Namely that it takes place in both Windsor and the greater Windsor-Essex area (four villages were established in Leamington in 2019).
