Awenda Provincial Park has many beaches and a network of trails to discover plant and bird species.
Awenda Provincial Park contains many reminders of the last ice age, including the 60-metre-high Nipissing Cliff. Opposite it is Giant's Tomb Island where the spirit of Kitchikewana is said to rest. You will also find many beaches and a network of about 30 kilometres of trails that will allow you to discover rare plant species and about 200 species of birds. Services offered on site: camping (six lots plus a cottage), store and canoe rental.
