Here you'll eat a deep-dish pizza that's impeccably made, also available with spinach for a change!

The owner of Bartoli's Pizzeria can boast that his grandfather was the founder of Gino's East. The preparation of deep-dish pizza is therefore a family heritage for Brian Tondryk, who prepares his own with a very crumbly and thick crust (as it should be) and a good dose of mozzarella that melts when baked. Nonna Bartoli pizza, made with spinach, is the house specialty. If the idea of eating a whole pizza seems unlikely, you should know that the place also sells single slices.
