Set in the heart of Lincoln Park (the park along the lake), in an Art Deco building, this restaurant cultivates a rather bourgeois atmosphere. We go there to celebrate a special occasion, in an almost bucolic atmosphere. The menu is undeniably American, in the best sense of the word: ingredients. Every piece of meat, every ear of corn or potato comes from a nearby farm in Wisconsin, Minnesota or Illinois. Discover rabbit with rhubarb and halibut with cucumber.
