The poke bowl (pronounced "poké") is a culinary specialty that comes straight from Hawaii and has conquered the rest of the United States, including Chicago. The principle: a bowl, rice, ultra fresh raw fish and a few ingredients to suit everyone's taste. Traditionally, poke is made from raw tuna, green onion, soy sauce and sesame seeds. Here you can choose the specialities of the house or compose your own poke. It's excellent and it's a little different from the usual American food!
