PROXI
Located right next to the Sepia, the Proxi is in fact the second opus of the Sepia's bosses. Frenchman Emmanuel Nony and his boss Andrew Zimmerman have struck again brilliantly. Since its opening at the end of 2017, it has not stopped filling up. The secret? An original cuisine that offers a world tour of street food but based on very good local produce with a nice touch of creativity, all in an elegant and cosy setting, with a rather pleasant industrial touch, good music and a trendy clientele. We ask for more!
