Opened in 1941, it is an institution and the oldest steakhouse in Chicago. It was founded by Gene Michelotti, an immigrant from Naples, and the Italian chef Alfredo Federighi. If you like grilled beef pieces, you will be served. All the big stars of the show business have sat at the table, and some autographs are glued to the wall. As a result, the simple quidam easily goes unnoticed and sometimes waits a long time before being able to order. Probably the price to pay for touching the typical Chicago...
